The knowledge and experience acquired over the years as a constructor of equipment for operations of Well Services created the technological and operational base to develop the After Sales Service Center in which they develop:
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
We develop preventive maintenance programs with the objective focused on ensuring operational reliability in the field for annual periods. The units are left unattended for a few days and protocols previously established with the client are applied, covering detailed inspections and replacement of components, filters and fluids.
REBUILDING
Rebuilding programs for life extension are developed with work procedures that encompass complete overhauling of engines and transmissions with skilled labor and original spare parts. These renovation works extend to the rest of the components, achieving an extension of 50% in the operative life of the unit in a short period of time.
REVAMPINGS
Revamping of pumping units include engineering and construction developments for engine, transmission and pumps plus functionality changes and operational modernization.
CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our staff is highly trained to detect faults and perform the necessary repairs to make the damaged units operational.
All the programs described are carried out with a strict traceability process, ensuring the client detailed information on the status of entry and exit of the unit intervened.
